At Just Hope Healing Center, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• In original packaging
• Unused and undamaged
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Certain health-related items, supplements, or custom orders may be non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
