Welcome to Just Hope Healing Center. By accessing or using our services, products, website, or facilities, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Just Hope Healing Center offers holistic wellness services including, but not limited to, Equiscope therapy, PEMF, Firefly Light Therapy, Flowpresso, Human Regenerator, and other integrative modalities. Services may be delivered in-person or virtually, and are intended to support wellness, not replace medical care.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent to receive services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including safety, non-compliance, or disruptive behavior.

3. Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Equiscope sessions are priced at $185.00 per session. Other modalities may vary.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, and approved sponsorships or donations.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• No-shows or late cancellations may incur a full session charge.

• Refunds are issued only for services not rendered due to provider cancellation or verified technical error.

5. Health Disclaimer

Our services are complementary and not a substitute for licensed medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness regimen.

6. Client Conduct and Confidentiality

• Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients with respect.

• Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of services.

• All client information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, educational materials, and modality packaging are the intellectual property of Just Hope Healing Center and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Sponsorships and Donations

Donations made to sponsor client treatments are non-refundable and will be used as described on our donation page. We commit to transparency in how funds are allocated and the impact they create.

9. Limitation of Liability

Just Hope Healing Center is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon posting.
